Whilst being a hit in terms of texture, the soufflé pancakes did carry a slight hint of egginess pretty reasonable considering how the pancakes are being made from egg white and sugar. Arriving at the table all jiggly and wobbly, the soufflé pancakes are exactly what is being expected the soufflé pancakes are light, airy and fluffy, almost akin to that of a cloud. Coming with elements such as Honey Butter, Maple Syrup and Chantilly Cream, the soufflé pancakes come in default as a stack of two. Going for the most standard offering that they have on offer at Fluff Stack, the Classic Souffle Pancakes would be the most basic soufflé pancake variant that they have to offer at Fluff Stack. Focusing much on their soufflé pancake offerings, Fluff Stack serves up soufflé pancakes with various toppings beverages include specialty coffee and tea, alongside a number of bottled beverages - some supplied by The Bravery at Horne Road. Decked in a dainty mix of pink and white coloured furnishing and fittings, the establishment is decorated tastefully to a theme that would suit its target audience well. Occupying a kiosk-esque space, Fluff Stack is situated just behind 108 Matcha Saro - dedicated a small area to the food preparation counter, Fluff Stack has a dine-in space that fits approximately 20 pax. Taking up a space at the area at Basement 1 which was formerly home to Tony Roma’s, Soup Restaurant and Food Republic, Fluff Stack joined the likes of 108 Matcha Saro which had also recently opened its very first outlet in Southeast Asia within the same area. With the opening of an entirely new F&B section within the mall, Fluff Stack is just one of the many new tenants to have opened its doors at Basement 1 of the mall.
